It's always great to read a second book in a series that ends being as equally good if not better than the first。 Liam was absolutely outstanding in this book。 He is not your typical swoony hero， but when he encounters Kiara he turns exactly into that。 It is my kryptonite in romance books when the male lead falls first and falls hard。 Liam's instinct is protect Kiara - even if that includes family members。 Reading him become her champion is what draws me back to romance novels time and again。I k It's always great to read a second book in a series that ends being as equally good if not better than the first。 Liam was absolutely outstanding in this book。 He is not your typical swoony hero， but when he encounters Kiara he turns exactly into that。 It is my kryptonite in romance books when the male lead falls first and falls hard。 Liam's instinct is protect Kiara - even if that includes family members。 Reading him become her champion is what draws me back to romance novels time and again。I know I am gushing all about Liam， but Kiara added so much to this book as well。 She finds herself in the position she is in now because of wanting the best for her own family。 She is a truly selfless person and might seem like she comes across as a bit weak but she is anything but。Exceptional storytelling as usual from Michelle and she really turned up the angst levels in this book that had me on the edge of my seat。 I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book 。。。more

after the conflict in the last book i was expecting this one to be about a different couple， but i'm not one bit disappointed about the turns of events; it kept me on the edge of my seat， not expecting half of what happened。 i'm sense a theme in this series and it's completely head over heels made men。 especially this story had my favorite underrated trope "when they're touch averse and don't do kissing until the fmc"， plus the found family was so prominent in this one i could cry。（i can't wait after the conflict in the last book i was expecting this one to be about a different couple， but i'm not one bit disappointed about the turns of events; it kept me on the edge of my seat， not expecting half of what happened。 i'm sense a theme in this series and it's completely head over heels made men。 especially this story had my favorite underrated trope "when they're touch averse and don't do kissing until the fmc"， plus the found family was so prominent in this one i could cry。（i can't wait for victor and little rose's story and having the small glimpses here and there of their journey just builds up such momentum and excitement） 。。。more

I got to say came across one of Michelle books browsing for something to read and now I am addicted。 No one writes mafia books as good as her。 Now off the the new generation and I am addicted and can’t wait for release day。 Liam and Kiara story is amazing to read at the end I kept wishing for more。 It a must read that would take you on unexpected adventure that you have to read until you are done

Addicted I'm just addicted to the whole series， all the saints， everything。 I gobble them down！ About this book， I love Liam and Kiara。 It was a love at first sight （or shall I say， first touch？） story。 Liam had an issue with touching， he hated to be touched。 He bumped with Kiara while she was getting off an elevator and noticed that it didn't bother him。 That's just the start。 Beautifully written。 My only （minor） issue with the story is that the assistant was promoted to director （what？ In what Addicted I'm just addicted to the whole series， all the saints， everything。 I gobble them down！ About this book， I love Liam and Kiara。 It was a love at first sight （or shall I say， first touch？） story。 Liam had an issue with touching， he hated to be touched。 He bumped with Kiara while she was getting off an elevator and noticed that it didn't bother him。 That's just the start。 Beautifully written。 My only （minor） issue with the story is that the assistant was promoted to director （what？ In what world）。 Anyway， it was minor and I was willing to overlook it since the rest of the story was very entertaining。 I can't wait for the next one！！！！！ 。。。more

Wow ！！！ There are seriously no words to describe how completely amazing this series is 。 Owned by the sinner is the second installment in the （ Sinners Series ） and is the love story of Liam and Kiara ！！ Two characters that are not only so intriguing but also so very multi layered and unique 。 I don’t want to give any details away as this really is a series you are going to want to go into with a completely open mind 。 What I will say is that there are only a few authors who have had the ability Wow ！！！ There are seriously no words to describe how completely amazing this series is 。 Owned by the sinner is the second installment in the （ Sinners Series ） and is the love story of Liam and Kiara ！！ Two characters that are not only so intriguing but also so very multi layered and unique 。 I don’t want to give any details away as this really is a series you are going to want to go into with a completely open mind 。 What I will say is that there are only a few authors who have had the ability to hold my interest through a entire series ， and Michelle is definitely one of them 。 She was this wonderful gift of knowing just how to grab onto all your emotions and pull you so quickly into each and every one of her books - I should know as I’ve read them all and own quite a few as well 。 Owned By The Sinner has everything that a exceptional romance should - I guarantee that once you start you are not going to be able to put it down ， believe me I tried ！！！ In fact I ended up reading well into the early morning hours， because it was just that good 。 Dark ， page Turner ， suspenseful， off the charts chemistry， mafia ， heartbreaking ， romantic， love ， family ， friendships， non stop action， angst and so many twists and turns you will not be expecting。 Prepare yourself because your emotions will literally be all over the place - emotional rollercoaster- unforgettable and unputdownable are three words I would use to describe what has so quickly become one of my absolute favorite series 。 Each book just keeps getting better and better 。 I cannot wait to find out what happens next 。。。more

Michelle Heard has done it again！ Another wonderful Mafia romance where the Mafia Boss is dangerous and lethal to others but with the heroine is a big marshmallow。 Incredibly romantic and more angsty than the first one， this story captivates and enthralls。 I loved， loved， how Liam’s eyes are cold and stark when they look at others， but kind and warm when he looks at Kiara; his voice sounds hard with others but with her it’s tender and loving。 An he looks like Charlie Hunnam！！ Thud went my heart Michelle Heard has done it again！ Another wonderful Mafia romance where the Mafia Boss is dangerous and lethal to others but with the heroine is a big marshmallow。 Incredibly romantic and more angsty than the first one， this story captivates and enthralls。 I loved， loved， how Liam’s eyes are cold and stark when they look at others， but kind and warm when he looks at Kiara; his voice sounds hard with others but with her it’s tender and loving。 An he looks like Charlie Hunnam！！ Thud went my heart when I read this！Kiara is the daughter of Jimmy Flanagan， who belongs to the Irish Mafia in Chicago。 He never married her mother and kept them both hidden from the Mafia to protect them。 But what he didn’t account for is Kiara’s ambitions， which led her to apply to a well-paying job in Byrne Industries， right in the heart of the Familia。 Liam Byrne is the Mafia Don and the owner of Byrne Industries。 The part I liked best in the story is that Liam couldn’t stand being touched and yet， when Kiara stumbled against him， exiting from an elevator， her touch didn’t bother him at all！ This started the intrigue and the attention to this lovely new employee。 And it also led to some very yummy steamy scenes！The story has such angsty parts that it made me cry， and it’s also wonderfully suspenseful。 As with the previous book， the first part twists your heart with the sense of danger to Kiara， then it turns incredibly romantic but still with suspense because the fight against enemies is still on。 I loved that Nikolas Stathoulis appears again with the other members of the Priesthood。 It’s great that we’re meeting the future men who will fall victim to love！ Incredibly entertaining and romantic， I read the epilogue a lot of times， I loved the family scenes。 And now I can’t wait for the next victim， er Mafia man to fall in love！ 。。。more
